There is a $25 per year information filing fee required by the Secretary of State and due within the first 10 weeks. This is for keeping a current record of the corporate officers and registered address. If you don't pay this they can SUSPEND your corporation and charge you a fine. No other service tells you this because it looks like it adds to the cost of Incorporation. And yes, it does. But it is an unavoidable operating cost. Yes, you must pay income taxes and purchase a business license in your City. Also, if you want a fancy 'custom' embossed slip case for your minute book there will be a small additional charge.

4) Fax a copy of the Certified Articles of Incorporation when returned from the state. This means your are incorporated and can start doing business under your new name.
5) Provide you with original certified copy of your Articles of Incorporation.
6) I cannot sign or submit a Tax ID application without you but I will help you fill out the form, and give you complete instructions on how to get your number.
7) I'm always here to help and I can be reached at anytime for questions about your Corporation.
8) I will help you with any other government form or filing you need for a period of one year. I cannot submit most forms because you need to sign them but I will fill out or help you fill out each form and provide instructions on each.
